The reauthorization of Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) provides unprecedented opportunities for local education agencies (LEAs) and schools to combine streams of federal money to design and purchase external reform programs to improve the overall quality of schools and performance of students. School Funding Services has created several reports on ESEA, one of which addresses the larger trends in the act with a special focus on how they allow schools to work with external partners to design school reform plans.
