Old Benoni Variation 1. d4 Nf6
2. Nf3 c5
3. d5 b5?!
4. e6 Bb7

I though that this was a playable line was for black. A couple of moves later in this game I looked it up in a database, and 5. c4 was played everytime.
But my opponent played 5. Bxb5!
And now after:

5. ... Qa5+
6. Nc3 Nxd5
7. Ne5!

Black has some really weak d7 and f7 squares.
My reply 5. ... Nxd5 doesn't have much brighter prospects, but luckily my opponent hasn't yet taken advantage of his positional advantage.

In two big databases I haven't found one game with 5. Bxb5, maybe someone here knows a game with this move, or is helpfully to analize this position?

to show that the position after move 5. Bxb5 isn't my current one.

reply my question was whether b5 is theory or just a wrong move played by so many. The question isn't about the current position, which is more then five moves later.
